James Burns

Could this be the year that the “Fire Man” sets the championship alight, or will he end up smouldering in the ashes? Burnsy partners up with the promising young rookie Onslow-Cole this year, making McLaren a force to be reckoned with. Burnsy has always run hot and cold in F1 with some fantastic performances marred by subpar ones. The old Scott will have his work cut out for him now though to prove he can be quick and consistent to bring McLaren glory. We expect team “James” to be electric this year, even with a crappy Honda engine.

 

James Onslow-Cole

British touring car legend Onslow-Cole joins the F1 league this year at McLaren, and already has taken the league by storm. No one expected the jump from touring cars to F1 to be simple but he certainly has made it look that way. Already James has shown real talent and is able to get more out of the car than anyone on the grid. How is that possible from a rookie you ask? Some think he actually employs the Stig to race for him but we doubt these rumours are true. What we know so far is that this kid is going places. Don’t be surprised to see him on the podium most races or holding the top slot on the table come the season’s end.
